Chicken Parmesan

1 egg (beaten)
salt/pepper

1 cup bread crumbs
1/3 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

500 gram chicken breasts

Coat chicken filets in egg mixture, then in crumb mixture. Lightly brown on both sides in a little olive oil.

Drain and transfer to casserole dish.

Top with 2-3 cups spaghetti sauce and grated cheddar cheese.

Bake for 30 min. at 375.

Serve with pasta (penne, bow ties, etc)
