Pepperoni Spaghetti
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 large red pepper, chopped
100 gr pepperoni, chopped
Saute in olive oil for 5-10 minutes over medium heat.
Add:
3 cans tomatoes
1/2 cup white wine
1 tsp dried basil
salt/pepper
Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes until sauce thickens. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti, drain and combine with sauce. Serve with grated Parmesan.
