A Weekday Favorite

Pork chops smothered with onions and mushrooms is something we can all five agree on. Karsten yells, "Mushrooms!!!" with glee although the girls just push them aside. We all appreciate the tender pork and on the side I served rice, salad and baked acorn squash. Saxon and Karsten always request "shurikake" or furikake as the rest of us call it whenever we have rice.
