Pizza

Crust

Dissolve 1 tbsp yeast and 1 tsp sugar in 1 cup warm water.

Add:
2-3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Mix and knead until a good ball of dough is form. Cover and set in warm place.

Sauce

300-500 gr. ground beef
1 can tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 boullion cubes
1 tsp salt
pepper
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 tsp dried oregano

Allow to simmer for at least 20 minutes

Toppings

Mushrooms
Cheese
Pepperoni
